As you know, the Mummy trilogy takes place over a span of more than three thousand years. We are combining the Scorpion King and The Mummy storylines into one -
Ergo, Memnon is attempting to conquer the known world at the same time Imhotep and Anck Su Namun consummate their affair. The general year will be rounded to around 1290 B.C.
Some three thousand years separate the Old World from the Present: 1926. We begin our RP at the beginning of The Mummy in the present world.
We are running two separate storylines; one that mimics the ancient world, and one that invigorates the present. In our version of the story, the Scorpion King has not become a slave of Anubis - yet. As Imhotep is resurrected, he is in league with Memnon - everyone from the ancient world has been reincarnated. You each have your destinies, your stories - your tyrants to destroy. If not, the two will bring down hell on earth.
