Personal
Family:
Evelyn - both her parents are dead, but she has an older brother, Jonathan
Nefertiri - her mother is dead, but her father Seti I
Occupation:
Evelyn - Librarian/Egyptologist
Nefertiri - Princess
Personality:
Evelyn is an introverted, enthusiastic, but polite [and proper] young woman who works at the library in Cairo. She has aspirations of being a scholar, but doesn't have "enough work in the field" for Benbridge Scholars to accept her application - this has a lot to do with the fact that she's a woman. Evie is softspoken, but can be sarcastic, diplomatic, and passionate about Egypt. She says it's in her blood. Clever, intelligent, and adventurous, Evie doesn't share her brother's passion for treasure - more for books, for knowledge, and for discovery itself. She's skeptical about magic and reincarnation; she can be naive, but she's responsible. Evie works in a library but she wants the adrenaline, the excitement. Her curiosity usually gets her in a lot of trouble.
Nefertiri is a princess. She is outspoken and intuitive, realistic - she doesn't like Anck Su Namun, and she doesn't trust her. Nefertiri is practical and stubborn; she's capable of pretension and an excellent actress - she's good at hiding her frustration. She has been sheltered under the protection of her father and the Medjai; she is arrogant and dismissive of people she doesn't believe are worth her time. She is used to people taking her orders, and doesn't respond well to defiance, though she herself portrays the same trait.

History:
Evelyn:
Born to an adventurous Egyptian woman and a famous English explorer, Evelyn was raised both in London and Egypt. Her parents have passed away, but she still spends much of her time with her brother; well, trying to sell useless trinkets from his failed archaeological digs. She works in the Museum of Antiquity in Cairo due to the fact that her parents were wealthy patrons of the library. She wants to become a Benbridge scholar, but they complain that she doesn't have enough experience. And as she doesn't venture on digs alone, it's difficult. She wants to find the city of Hamunaptra because she wants to prove that she is a capable scholar. She also has a passion for books, particularly the Book of Amun-Ra.
Nefertiri:
Born in Thebes and raised by her father Seti I, not much is known about Nefertiri's upbringing. She is skilled in arts of entertainment and combat, and her mother passed away when she still young. Recently, her father has procured something of a concubine for his new mistress, and Nefertiri is absolutely certain that Anck-Su-Namun is not to be trusted, nor is she loyal to the Pharoah. Nefertiri's most pressing inclination is to get rid of the new mistress - she's a danger to the throne.
